These Terms govern your use of Pione and purchases from ELBAMARO LLC, doing business as Pione. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and account information

You must have the legal capacity required in your location to place an order, or use the site with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide current and accurate checkout information and to protect any account credentials.

Products, pricing, and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment when applicable. Product colors and dimensions may vary slightly because of screens or manufacturing tolerances; material differences will be disclosed.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt, not final acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel after payment, we issue a refund to the original payment method.

Fulfillment

Some items may be shipped by third-party fulfillment partners and may arrive separately. The Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages form part of these Terms.

Promotions

Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility, exclusions, and stock availability. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined. We may correct a promotion applied contrary to its published terms before accepting the order.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with site security, scrape or copy the site at scale, misuse content, impersonate others, submit false information, or use the site to violate law or third-party rights. Site content, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to ELBAMARO LLC and may not be reused without permission except where law allows.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided subject to the descriptions and warranties expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. ELBAMARO LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses where such a limitation is lawful.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live.

We may update these Terms prospectively. The date above identifies the current version.
