Returns & Refunds

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Email support@pione.us with your order number, the item, the reason for the request, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Do not mail a return before receiving authorization. Return destinations can vary by product and fulfillment partner. The applicable return country or region should be disclosed on the product page, and the full return address will be supplied after approval. The Wyoming business address below is not a return center unless we confirm it in writing.

Return condition

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be unused, in its original condition, and include its original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Items that may not be returnable

Subject to applicable law, exclusions can include gift cards, personalized goods, perishable goods, hazardous materials, opened sealed hygiene products, and items clearly marked final sale before purchase. Defective, damaged, or incorrect goods remain eligible for the remedies required by law.

Return shipping

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise. If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Pione will cover reasonable return shipping or provide another appropriate remedy.

Refunds

We inspect approved returns and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error. We do not retroactively deduct the free-shipping value from an approved refund.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately. We will try to cancel before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing starts.
