Where we ship
Pione currently ships to delivery addresses within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $50: $4.95 Standard Shipping.
- Orders of $50 or more: Free Standard Shipping.
The merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes determines eligibility. Any available shipping option and final charge are shown before payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
The processing and estimated delivery time for an item is shown on its product page, at checkout, or in the order confirmation. Because some products may be fulfilled by different partners, items from one order can arrive in separate packages. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
If we cannot ship within the time stated, or within 30 days when no time is stated, we will contact you with the available options, including consenting to a delay or canceling for a prompt refund.
Tracking and address changes
When tracking is available, we send it to the contact information provided at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect orders
Email support@pione.us promptly with your order number and clear photos when applicable. We will review the carrier and fulfillment records and provide an appropriate remedy.
